Each month we handcraft our subscription boxes and pack them with fashion and skincare products from some of the most interesting and ethical companies you'll come across. Think of us as a monthly discovery of intriguing products and brand.
2How do I purchase a Dappa Box subscription?
To purchase a subscription, you can visit our Subscription Boxes page here. Enter your billing and shipping information, and you're all set. You will be billed as soon as you sign up and then receive a confirmation email shortly after.
3Can I Pause My Subscription For A Month?
Absolutely! If you have a monthly re-billable subscription, you may pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months. You can change this in the My Account section. At this time, we are unable to pause prepaid subscriptions.
4When Will I Receive My First Dappa Box?
We send our boxes out on or around the 25th of each month. if you order after this date you might have to wait until the next month for your first box to arrive.
5How Do Monthly Subscriptions Work? Do I Have To Resubscribe Every Month?
If you purchased a monthly re-billable subscription, your subscription automatically renews every month as long as your billing information is valid and you haven't canceled. You’ll receive a new box every month, with no need to reorder.
6Can I Request Specific Items/Styles Or Choose The Box I Want For Each Month?
For monthly subscription boxes, we prefer keeping the products a surprise! No special requests or size accommodations can be fulfilled at this time.
1A Product In My Order Is Damaged Or Missing.
Any product that is defective and/or damaged or goes missing will be replaced at no charge. Just contact us for help! *We will replace missing or damaged items within 7 days of the original shipment date. Please contact us in a timely manner.
2What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy For Store Orders?
We do not offer a Return/Exchange policy for items purchased in the shop or our subscription boxes. However, if you have received a damaged item, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. To make an exchange or return, please email us
3Can I Cancel Or Edit My Order After I Paid For It?
Orders are immediately processed once it's been placed so we are unable to make any changes, cancellations or refunds.
